Daily Dose: Joy Comes In The Morning: Its amazing how children turn from sadness to joy; even with tears still on their cheeks, they can still smile and laugh. If we could be like children who do not go on for a day, weeks, months or years worried, holding on to grudges, we could reduce stress, anxiety, high blood pressure and all stress related illnesses. The Word of God encourages us to let go and rejoice again because weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning. Do not punish yourself and overload your mind with things that are here today and tomorrow they are gone. God works behind the scenes for your good. He will change things for you. ~TG.
