Daily Dose: When Pride Kicks In: Pride blindfolds you to such an extent that you cannot see a bigger picture of things. You won’t be able to appreciate what everyone is doing, and everything becomes self centered focusing only on ‘me, myself and I.’ When we humble ourselves, we will be able to see and appreciate everyone’s effort, no matter how small they have contributed, and our words towards them will be filled with honor, understanding, empathy and gentleness. Everyone is valuable before God. Let us do away with pride and uproot it from our minds ~TG. 1 Peter 5 v 5-7; Proverbs 29 v 23; James 4 v 1-17; Proverbs 16 v 18-20; Luke 14 v 11; Ephesians 2 v 8-10; 1 John 2 v 15-17 and Galatians 5 v 15-26 #TeachableSpirit #DailyDose #Borntoshine
