Daily Dose: Remain Calm In The Midst of a Storm.
The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord ( Lamentations 3 v 25 – 26).
There’s a reason why the pilot requests everyone including the air hostesses to sit down, buckle and remain calm during the turbulence. No one is allowed to walk for their safety. You don’t run up and down the aisle screaming “the turbulence, the turbulence! “. Its a moment of quietness and order so as to avoid chaos/panic. The discomfort is just for a moment. Our life circumstances will not always be as favorable as we would like but Jesus says “Fear not, I am with you” Isaiah 41 v 10 – 13. This is the moment we look unto Jesus, our Savior and remain calm. He is greater than any storm and He is in full control. Shalom! Luke 8 v 22 – 25 and Luke 22 v 40. ~TG #Faith #Calmness #FearNot #WatchandPray #Borntoshine
